Shipping and Returns
We will ship to any address worldwide, except for PO boxes. Please note that:
- shipping within the EU may take up to 2 weeks,
- and shipping to outside the EU may take up to 3 weeks.
All items will be shipped out with a courier (like UPS or DHL), and tracking information will be provided.
Return and Refund Policy
Refunds cannot be issued once an order has gone into production due to the custom nature of each item, so please be sure that you want what you are ordering. For this reason returns will also not be accepted, unless the item arrives with physical damage (e.g.: a broken stem on a keycap).
If you would like to amend or cancel your order, please contact us ASAP with your order number, and we will try to help you as best we can!
