Refund Policy

Refunds cannot be issued once an order has gone into production due to the custom nature of each item so please be sure that you want what you're ordering. Due to this reason, returns will also not be accepted unless the item arrives with physical damage (eg: broken stem).

If you would like to amend or cancel your order, please Contact Us ASAP with your order number and we will try to help you as best we can.


We will ship to any address worldwide, except for PO boxes.

-EU shipping may take up to 2 weeks.
-Non-EU shipping may take up to 3 weeks.

All items will be shipped out with BPost and tracking information will be provided.
